The menu celebrates the cornerstones of Sicilian tradition, prepared with choice local ingredients. Each dish delights the palate with the unusual notes of an ancient tradition, to be rediscovered bite by bite, together with fine wines from our cellar.
Sala Carrubo
Spacious and radiant, the Sala Carrubo overlooks the charming winter garden and the spectacular views of Val di Noto. Ideal for grand events or gala dinners. Here, guests can enjoy daily tempting traditional Italian and regional dishes prepared by our Chef, with a delicious choice of starters, main courses, side dishes and desserts.

During the summer, Ristorante Il Limoneto is open for lunch (12:30–3:30 pm) and dinner (7:30–10:30 pm), with an à la carte menu, also for diners from outside the hotel.
The Sala Carrubo, overlooking both the Winter Garden and the swimming pool, is an excellent setting for enjoying our continental breakfasts. Providing an enchanting view, it is ideal for private parties, business events and even gala dinners.
Breakfast hours are 7:30–10:30 am. Lunch is 12:30–3:30 pm. Dinner is 7:30–10:30 pm.
